You work hard for your home. But did you know that tiny, silent invaders like termites can threaten everything you’ve built?
That’s where we come in. At Advanced Pest Control, we’re here to make you the hero of your home.
We understand that protecting your home from termites is of utmost importance. That’s why we trust and utilize the innovative Sentricon® system. Unlike traditional methods that may involve digging up your yard or injecting chemicals into your home’s foundation, Sentricon® takes a more eco-friendly and proactive approach. By strategically placing bait stations around your property, Sentricon® intercepts termites before they can even reach your home. It disrupts termite colonies, preventing them from causing any damage. Our commitment to using Sentricon® showcases our dedication to providing you with the most effective, environmentally friendly, and non-invasive termite protection available.
Sentricon® is your secret weapon. It’s not about luring termites; it’s about intercepting them before they threaten your castle.
You’re smart for considering Sentricon®. Here’s why:
Termites are insects that are common in Hot Springs and the surrounding areas. You may not see termites out in the open since they spend their lives almost entirely underground, but that doesn’t mean they aren’t around. Once they get into your home, they’ll start eating the wood they find in it, whether that be your furniture, window sills, or the elements that hold up your house.
In a climate like the one in Arkansas, regular termite inspections and protection are a must if you don’t want to end up spending thousands on home repairs. Advanced Pest Control provides termite control services to meet your needs and protect your home from wood-destroying termites.
Advanced Pest Control provides detailed, 57-point termite inspections. With over 15 years of experience in the pest control industry, we have what’s necessary to identify even the most subtle signs of an infestation. During our inspection, we look for any signs of termite activity or damage around your home. Identifying whether you have an active infestation in your house allows us to determine the best course of action to take to protect your home.
We offer multiple treatment options to eliminate and protect against termites. If you have annual inspections performed, which we highly recommend, we’ll treat around the perimeter of your house with a granular product during each inspection.
We also use Termidor® HE or SE, which we apply using the trench and treat method. We’ll dig a trench in the soil around the perimeter of your house, apply the treatment in the trench, then fill the trench back in. Termites can’t detect Termidor®, so they walk through it without trying to avoid it. It can then be transferred from termite to termite and will eventually terminate the entire colony.
If you are building a new home or adding on to your existing one, why not protect it right from the start? We offer termite pre-treatments that we perform before you lay the foundation.
If you are buying or selling a home, the bank often requires a termite clearance letter before finalizing the sale. We offer the inspection and letter needed to ensure your house is free of termites before the sale.
If your home currently has no termite coverage, our Termite Protection Plan might be right for you.
If you currently have a termite control contract with another company that is providing you with unsatisfactory service, you don’t have to stay with them. We offer contract take-overs so that you can get the service you deserve.
Our termite control services include a one-year warranty that you can renew on an annual basis.

No, it does not. Because termite damage is considered preventable by having proactive treatment, homeowner’s insurance does not cover termite damages. Also if you have a mortgage on your property, most lenders require you to maintain termite coverage as well.
Yes! When you sell a home in Arkansas, you are required to provide the buyer with a clearance letter (a wood destroying report that details about any termite damage and treatment on your home –kind of like a home inspection, but it is specific to termite activity). Under the rules of the Arkansas State Plant Board, they require that with each clearance letter, the termite control company must provide a year’s worth of coverage to the new buyer, so if you let it lapse, you will have to start a whole new contract—which is more costly than to just continue the coverage.
Termites can be a significant concern in Arkansas for several reasons. The state’s warm and humid climate provides an ideal environment for termites to thrive. Additionally, frequent rainfall can lead to moisture buildup in and around homes, which termites are attracted to. These factors, combined with the fact that standard home insurance policies typically do not cover termite-related damage, make it essential for homeowners in Arkansas to be vigilant about termite prevention and protection. Termites are known for their ability to cause extensive damage to wooden structures, making early detection and proactive measures crucial to safeguarding your home.
Hats off to you! If you’re an expert in tight-space navigation and can spot potential termite entry points, have you ever considered joining our team? We’re certified by the Arkansas State Plant Board for a good reason — termite control is a job for professionals, not DIY enthusiasts. Termites can slip through just a 1/16th” opening! And even if you do spot them, remember, only licensed experts have access to the right termiticides and products (no, not the diluted versions at Lowe’s or Wal-Mart)
