Edited on September 23 2025 On September 18th, we had the rescheduled Annual Termite Inspection done by Michael that promptly arrived at 0800. A pleasant, thorough and detailed inspection was performed by Michael. We received a follow up call from the service manager Sam on September 23rd. We are very pleased with the responsible and professional approach from Advance Pest Control. Looking forward to continuing business with them. EDITED on September 11 2025. The business was bought up by a UK company as the servicing person Michael, who came to our home for our annual Termite Inspection, disclosed. We had the annual inspection, scheduled at the beginning of August, for September 3rd 2025. On the day of inspection, Michael stated not being able to go into our crawl space because he did not bring with him a step stool as he did not know there was a crawl space to be inspected. He was offered to use ours but declined disclosing being new safety regulations from the new bought company which we completely understood. So, the company sends an inspector to the field, to perform an inspection, on a big truck/van without appropriate tools? We called the office in to reschedule. New date for September 11th first slot time at 0800. Around 11:30, I called the business office and spoke with Betty and found out that Michael was tied up in another service and would not be able to service our place today. I questioned the validity of scheduling an appointment and its objective, and the answer was “to secure the spot for the customer”. Right proper answer that was not put into practice. Besides the no show, that was not even a courtesy call to let us know. That derailed all the other scheduled appointments we had for the day. Around 12:20, I received a call from the Service Manager Sam who profoundly apologized for the miscommunication and defaulted mishandling of the appointments and firmly disclosed he would dive into the matter and guaranteed our 3rd rescheduled appointment will be honored. We have been with the Advanced Pest Control since 2016. We are wondering whether or not to take our business somewhere else…
